Cherry Crepes Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1/3 cup | 53g / 1.9oz | Brown sugar - firmly packed |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Biscuit mix |
1 | Egg | |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
1 | Cherry pie filling | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Orange extract |
Blend sour cream and brown sugar; set aside. Combine biscuit mix, egg and milk. Mix until smooth. Heat oiled 6" skillet.
Fry 2 Tbls biscuit mixture at a time until light brown, turn and brown. Fill each crepe with a portion of sour cream mixture. Roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Pour cherry pie filling over all. Bake at 350F for 5 minutes.
Pour orange extract over crepes; ignite to serve.
