Put cheese thru sieve and add rest of ingredients and blend well. Prepare dough for Nut and Poppy seed Rolls (#164). Cut dough into squares and press into bottoms of cupcake tins.
Fill each cake with a little cheese and fold over corners of dough toward the center of the cake Bake at 350F. until brown.
