Cheese Filling For Nut And Poppy Seed Rolls

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb	454g / 16oz	Cottage cheese - (scant lb.)
3		Egg yolks
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Sugar
		Lemon flavoring

Recipe Instructions

Put cheese thru sieve and add rest of ingredients and blend well. Prepare dough for Nut and Poppy seed Rolls (#164). Cut dough into squares and press into bottoms of cupcake tins.

Fill each cake with a little cheese and fold over corners of dough toward the center of the cake Bake at 350F. until brown.
