Charlie's Brownies

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 cups 78g / 2.8ozFlour
1 cup 160g / 5.6ozBrown sugar
1 cup 198g / 7ozSugar
1 teaspoon 5mlBaking powder
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozButter
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozShortening
  Eggs
3   Bakers chocolate
  Icing
3 tablespoons 45mlButter
3 tablespoons 45mlMilk
1   Chocolate
2 1/2 cups 495g / 17ozPowdered sugar

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350F. For 25 minutes. Cool in pan then cover with icing.

Icing **

Mix butter (melted) with chocolate and milk. Add powdered sugar slowly until mixture is smooth and thick. Spread on brownies carefully.
