1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Butter or margarine |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Flour |
4 | Eggs | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Nuts - chopped |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Semisweet chocolate chips |
Melt Chocolate and butter together in a small saucepan over low heat. In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla. Add melted chocolate mixture and mix well. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan.
Bake at 350F for 30 to 32 minutes. Test corners to see if done, as center will seem gooey. Cool 30 minutes. refrigerate for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Cut into squares.
