Candy Apples Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
2/3 cup | 218g / 7.7oz | White corn syrup |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
3 oz | 85g | Red cinnamon candies |
1 | Salt | |
Apples - (the recipe doesn't, say how many!) |
Combine first 5 ingredients in sauce pan and cook without stirring over low heat to 300F.
Remove from heat and place pan in a pan of hot water.
Dip apples to coat.
Set on waxed paper to dry.
