Buttercream Frosting

Recipe Ingredients

1/3 cup 65g / 2.3ozStick margarine or butter - softened
2 tablespoons 30mlNonfat cream cheese - softened
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlVanilla extract
1   Salt
17 oz 483gSifted powdered sugar - (4 1/2 cups)
5 teaspoons 25mlSkim milk

Recipe Instructions

Cream margarine and cream cheese at medium speed of a mixer until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and salt; beat well. Gradually add sugar and milk, beating at low speed. Increase speed to high, and beat until well-blended and spreadable. Yield: 2 cups.
