Butter Tart Slice Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Margarine |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Flour |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Confectioner's sugar |
1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Brown sugar |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Margarine - melted |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White vinegar |
2 | Eggs | |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Raisins |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Mix 1/2 cup of butter with flour and icing sugar.
Press into an 8" square pan. Cook uncovered in microwave, 4-5 minutes on full power. Beat together the remaining ingredients, except the raisins.
Stir in raisins and pour over base. Bake in microwave 4-6 minutes on full power.
