Butter Mints Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Margarine softened |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Butter flavoring |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Powder sugar replacement |
Cream together the margarine, milk and butter flavoring until fluffy. Stir in the sugar replacement. Knead until smooth.
Roll out into marble size balls and either press into mold and unmold onto wax paper, or place balls on wax paper and flatten slightly.
