Broiled Fluff-Frosting Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Butter or margarine - softened |
1 cup | 237ml | Marshmallow fluff |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Shredded coconut |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped walnuts |
Combine all ingredients; spread over the top of hot cake.
Broil slowly, about 2 minutes until golden brown.
Makes enough to frost one 9-inch square cake.
