3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
1 cup | 237ml | Whipping cream |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Milk |
2/3 cup | 97g / 3.4oz | Brach's chocolate covered peanuts - finely chopped |
In small bowl, whisk together egg and sugar. Stir in cream, milk and peanuts. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 1 pint.
