Brach's Chocolate Peanut Crunch Ice Cream

Recipe Ingredients

1		Egg
3 tablespoons	45ml	Sugar
1 cup	237ml	Whipping cream
3/4 cup	177ml	Milk
2/3 cup	97g / 3.4oz	Brach's chocolate covered peanuts - finely chopped

Recipe Instructions

In small bowl, whisk together egg and sugar. Stir in cream, milk and peanuts. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 1 pint.
