Bob Wilson's Rice Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
2 oz | 56g | Rice |
1/2 | Milk | |
1 | Evaporated milk - (small) | |
1 oz | 28g | Sugar - (or more to taste) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
Nutmeg | ||
1 | Wash the rice | |
2 | Put rice into a pie dish and |
oven at 375 F for about 15 minutes remove. Reduce heat to 275F.
3 Add sugar, milk, butter and can of evaporated milk, fill can with water and add the water.
4 Cook for 30 minutes then stir, grate nutmeg on top and cook for a further 1 1/2 hours.
