Blushing Peach Crunch Recipe - Cooking Index
6 | Peaches - peeled, pitted, sliced | |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Unsalted butter |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | All-purpose flour |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Old-fashioned rolled oats |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Nutmeg |
Preheat oven to 400F. Coarsely slice peaches and place in 9 inch square pan. Melt butter and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and pour in butter. Stir to mix well and scatter evenly over peaches.
Bake in center of oven until top is golden brown and bubbly. Cool slightly and serve.
