Blueberry Streusel Recipe - Cooking Index

1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |

2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | All-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Double-acting baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Buttermilk |
2 cups | 474ml | Fresh blueberries |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter - cold |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground nutmeg |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Sift dry ingredients together and add, alternately with buttermilk, to butter mixture. Pour into well-greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with blueberries.
Mix sugar, flour, and spices. Cut butter into tablespoons and blend into dry ingredients with a pastry blender. Mixture should be crumbly.
Sprinkle over blueberries.
Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
