Curry Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Unsalted butter - plus |
8 oz | 227g | Unsalted butter - at room temperature |
1/2 | Red onion - finely diced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Curry powder |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly ground black pepper - to taste |
In a large saute pan heat one tablespoon of butter and sweat the onions and the garlic until translucent let cool. In a food processor combine the 8 ounces butter with the onions and garlic mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
