Blackberry Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/4 cups | 247g / 8.7oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Butter |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
1 | Salt | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk sweetened |
Blackberries or - cherries |
Cream 1/2 cup sugar and butter; blend in flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in milk; pour into greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
Cover with blackberries. Bake at 325 to 350F for about 45 minutes.
Sprinkle top with remaining sugar; bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
