Bittersweet Chocolate Syrup Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Cocoa powder |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
In heavy sauce pan combine water, cocoa and sugar.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cocoa and sugar is dissolved and is smooth.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and cool.
