Berry Trifle Parfait Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | White chocolate fat-free - (3.4 ounce) instant pudding mix such as ]ell-o | |
1 cup | 237ml | Sliced strawberries |
1 cup | 237ml | Fat-free golden loaf cubes - 1/2 inch cubes such as Entenmanns's |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fresh or frozen blueberries |
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh or frozen raspberries |
1. Prepare pudding according to package directions.
2. Spoon 1/4 cup strawberries into each of 4 parfait glasses; top each with about 2 1/2 tablespoons pudding, 2 tablespoons golden loaf cubes, and 2 tablespoons blueberries.
3. Spoon about 2 1/2 tablespoons pudding over blueberries; top each with 2 tablespoons golden loaf cubes, 1/4 cup raspberries. and about 2 1/2 tablespoons pudding.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
