Banana Split Parfait Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt - softened |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Thinly sliced banana |
1/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Chocolate-flavored syrup |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fat-free pineapple sundae topping or 1/4 cup strawberry preserves |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chopped pecans - toasted |
Spoon 2 tablespoons frozen yogurt into each of 4 parfait glasses; top each with 1 tablespoon banana.
Spoon 2 tablespoons frozen yogurt over banana; top each with 1 tablespoon banana and 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup.
Spoon 2 tablespoons frozen yogurt over chocolate syrup; top each with 1 tablespoon banana and 1 tablespoon pineapple topping.
Spoon 2 tablespoons frozen yogurt over pineapple topping, and top each with 1/2 teaspoon pecans. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
