| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Allspice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried ground chipotle |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Hungarian paprika |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
| 4 1/2 teaspoons | 22ml | Minced fresh thyme |
| 4 1/2 teaspoons | 22ml | Cinnamon |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Nutmeg |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground habanero |
| Zest of 2 lemons |
In a bowl combine all ingredients.
