Baked Pears Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Pears | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water | 
| pinch | Cinnamon | |
| 1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Brown sugar | 
Halve pears lengthwise and remove core. Place skin side down in baking dish. Pour in water. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350F until soft.
