Baked Devil's Float

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2   Marshmallows - quartered (small size packages)
1 cup 198g / 7ozSugar
1 1/2 cups 355mlWater
2 oz 56gChocolate
2 tablespoons 30mlMargarine
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozFlour
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1 teaspoon 5mlBaking powder
1/2 cup 118mlMilk
  Crushed pecans

Recipe Instructions

Place marshmallows in square baking pan. Bring 1/2 cup sugar and water to a rolling boil; pour over marshmallows. Melt chocolate and margarine in saucepan; add remaining sugar, vanilla, flour, salt, baking powder and milk. Drop batter by spoonfuls over marshmallow mixture. Sprinkle pecans over top. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
