Avocado Ice Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice |
1 can | Evaporated milk - - well chilled | |
1 cup | 237ml | Mashed ripe avocados |
1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar |
Mix juices. Beat milk in chilled bowl until almost doubled in volume. Add all ingredients; blend well. Freeze.
