1 cup | 237ml | Roasted poblano peppers - peel, seed, and dice |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Red onion - diced (medium) |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped cilantro |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced jalapeno |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chipotle puree |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly ground black pepper - to taste |
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
