Apricot-Cheese Pastries Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 1/2 cups | 156g / 5.5oz | Flour |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Unsalted butter |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk |
| 8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
| Apricot jam |
Mix flour and salt. Cut in butter. Cream sugar, vanilla, milk and cream cheese. Add flour mixture. Chill. Roll out 1/8 inch thick, cut into circles. Place 1 teaspoon jam in center, cover with another circle. Press edges together with a fork.
Place on greased cookie sheets and bake in a preheated 400F oven 10-12 minutes.
