Applesauce-Oatmeal Muffins Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Rolled oats |
1 cup | 237ml | Non-fat milk - (was:, buttermilk) |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Wheat flour |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Applesauce - (i used chunky) |
2 | Egg whites or egg - substitute | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - (optional) |
Soak oats in milk for F1 hour. Combine the rest of the ingredients, mix well. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes in a muffin tin.
