Applesauce Muffins (No Guilt Baking) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Egg (large) |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Unsweetened applesauce |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Flour |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Baking soda |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Nutmeg |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
| 3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Raisins - (optional) |
Combine egg, oil and applesauce. Blend in remaining ingredients. Bake in non-stick pan, at 425F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
