Apple-Cranberry Casserole Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Apples - chopped |
2 cups | 186g / 6.6oz | Raw whole cranberries |
1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar |
Topping | ||
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Flour |
1 cup | 237ml | Melted margarine |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Quaker oats |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped pecans |
Mix chopped apples and cranberries together with 1 1/2 cups sugar. Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Make topping by mixing all topping ingredients together. Put on top of apple-cranberry mixture. Bake at 350F degrees for 50 minutes.
