Apple Jell-O Salad

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	177ml	Red cinnamon candy drops
3 cups	711ml	Boiling water
3		Red jell-o - <or>
3		Combination flavor jell-o
2 1/4 cups	533ml	Cold water
4 1/2 cups	1066ml	Grated apples - unpeeled
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Pecans - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Dissolve 3/4 cup red cinnamon candy drops in the boiling water. Add Jell-O. When all is dissolved and 2 1/4 cups cold water. Stir in 4 1/2 cups grated apples and chopped pecans. Pour in mold or 9 x 13 pan. Chill until set.

Serve on lettuce leaf if desired.
