Apple Fantasy Dessert

Recipe Ingredients

2/3 cup	41g / 1.4oz	Flour
3 teaspoons	15ml	Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
4		Egg whites
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Sugar
1/2 cup	80g / 2.8oz	Brown sugar
3 teaspoons	15ml	Vanilla
3 cups	711ml	Apples - cut fairly small skins on is fine.

Recipe Instructions

Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Dump in apples and stir until evenly distributed. Bake in a deep baking dish, 45 minutes at 350F.  Serve with custard.
