1   New Mexico Style Barbecue Sauce - see * Note
2   Haas avocados - coarsely chopped
2   Tomatoes - seeded, coarsely dic
6 oz 170gGood quality blue cheese
6 oz 170gCayenne Buttermilk Dressing - see * Note
  Chopped Romaine lettuce
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

* Note: See the "New Mexico Style Barbecue Sauce" and "Cayenne Buttermilk Dressing" recipes which are included in this collection.

Toss romaine lettuce in Cayenne Buttermilk Dressing, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Top with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and blue cheese.
