Apple Crisp - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
6 cups | 1422ml | Apple - peeled and cored (large) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cinnamon |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Rolled oats - quick |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Oat bran |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cinnamon |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Canola oil |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Packed brown sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
Vegetable cooking spray |
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Slice apples. Put them in baking dish and then mix in 2 Tab. honey, 2 Tab. brown sugar, and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Set aside.
Mix rolled oats, oat bran, cinnamon, canola oil, brown sugar, and honey. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 30-35 minutes.
