Apple Crisp (With Corn Flakes) Recipe - Cooking Index
Apples - sliced and peeled | ||
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Brown sugar |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Quaker oats |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Corn flakes |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Nutmeg |
1 | Butter - softened | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Apple juice - or water |
Preheat oven to 375F. Put half of the apples in a greased 9"x9" pan. Blend together remaining ingredients, except juice, and crumble half the flour mixture over the apples.
Cover with remaining apples and flour mixture. Pour juice over top. Bake 35 minutes.
