Almond Mocha Parfaits Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Vanilla ice milk |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Instant espresso granules |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Amaretto |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chocolate wafer cookie crumbs - (4 cookies) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Reduced-calorie frozen whipped topping - thawed |
2 | Coffee beans - (optional) |
Combine ice milk and espresso granules; stir well.
Spoon 1/4 cup ice milk mixture into each of 2 (8-ounce) parfait glasses; top ice-milk mixture with 1 teaspoon amaretto and 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs. Repeat layers, ending with ice milk mixture; freeze 1 hour.
Serve immediately.
