Almond Macaroons Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Finely ground almonds |
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Almond extract |
8 | Egg whites | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | All-purpose flour |
Preheat oven to 350F degrees F. Grease and flour a 17 x 11 x 1-inch baking sheet; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; mix well.
Add egg whites; beat on high speed 5 minutes. Fold in flour. Drop dough by tablespoons onto baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
