Recipe Ingredients

1   Berry blue jell-o
1   Red jell-o - any flavor (large)
4 cups 948mlWater - boiling
2 cups 474mlWater - cold
8 oz 227gCool whip - thawed
4 cups 948mlAngel food cake pound cake, break in
2 cups 474mlStrawberries - sliced
1/2 cup 118mlBlueberries - (opt)

Recipe Instructions

Dissolve each flavor of Jell-O completely in 2 cups of boiling water in separate bowls. Stir 1 cup of cold water into each bowl. Pour into separate 9x13" pans. Refrigerate at least 3 hours until firm.

Cut into 1/2" cubes. Place blue Jell-O cubes in bottom of clear glass trifle bowl. Top with 1/3 of the Cool Whip. Add cake cubes, then sliced strawberries. Top with another 1/3 Cool Whip. Add the red Jell-O cubes and then the remaining Cool Whip.

Sprinkle blueberries over top if desired.
