"Guardian Angel" Torte

Recipe Ingredients

1 packet		Chocolate pudding mix
1 cup	237ml	Milk
1/2 cup	118ml	Sour cream
1		Angel food cake (9 or 10-inch cake)
1 cup	237ml	Heavy cream
3 tablespoons	45ml	Confectioners' sugar
		Shaved chocolate

Recipe Instructions

Combine pudding mix and milk; cook until mixture boils. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream.

Chill thoroughly. Split cake in 2 or 3 layers.

Spread chocolate mixture between layers.

Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with confectioners sugar. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
