Guerrini Chicken Wings Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Chicken wings - (to 3 lb) |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
7 tablespoons | 105ml | Cornstarch |
20 | Garlic - minced | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Flour |
2 | Eggs | |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Soy sauce |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Toasted sesame seeds |
2 | Green onions - chopped | |
Oil for frying |
Mix all ingredients except oil and chicken.
Add chicken to mixture and marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally to coat.
Deep fry until golden brown.
