Glazed Shoyu Chicken Wings

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozChicken wings
3   Green onions - cut in 2" pieces
3 tablespoons 45mlDry sherry
1/4 cup 59mlDark soy sauce
2 teaspoons 10mlSugar

Recipe Instructions

Remove tips from wings. Leave whole or cut at joint.

Place onions in large wok or pan on medium heat.

Stir in sherry and soy sauce.

Add sugar and bring to a full boil.

Reduce heat and place chicken in mixture.

Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally or until done.

Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.

Makes 8-10
