1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oil |
1 | Dry ranch salad dressing mix |

Preheat oven to 400°. Wash potatoes and leave skins on. Slice potatoes into 1/4" thick slices. Combine oil with potato slices. Stir to coat. Add salad dressing mix. Shake until potatoes are coated. Line potato slices in single layer on baking stone. Do not overlap slices. Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until potatoes are brown. Serve warm. Pampered Chef Favorites II.
