Grasshopper Torte

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Chocolate graham cracker squares - crushed
1 tablespoon	15ml	Margarine
1		Marshmallow cream
1 tablespoon	15ml	Milk
3 cups	711ml	Frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt
8 oz	227g	Cool whip Lite® - thawed
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Peppermint extract
8		Green food coloring

Coarsely chop graham crackers. Reserve 1 tablespoon crumbs; combine remaining crumbs and margarine. Press into bottom of springform pan. Whisk together marshmallow creme and milk. Whisk in frozen yogurt until well blended. Fold in whipped topping, extract and food coloring. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Cover and freeze until firm.
