1 | Refrigerated bread dough | |
2 1/2 oz | 71g | Corned beef - sliced |
1 cup | 237ml | Sauerkraut - drained |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Swiss cheese - shredded |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Thousand island salad dressing |

Preheat oven to 375°. Bake bread according to package directions. Let cool before thinly slicing. Chop corned beef. Combine corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and dressing. Arrange slices of bread on baking stone. Top each slice of bread with Reuben mixture. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm. Pampered Chef Favorite II.
