Chocolate Walnut Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Frozen bread dough | |
4 oz | 113g | Semisweet chocolate - coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Walnuts - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
Preheat oven to 350°. Thaw dough according to package directions and let rise until twice its original size. Punch down and roll dough out to 6 x 12 inches. Chop chocolate and walnuts. Sprinkle chocolate and nuts down the center of the dough, leaving clean about an inch on all sides. Pull long sides up towards the center and press to seal.

Place dough, seam side down into loaf pan. Evenly spread honey over top. Bake 50 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes in loaf pan. Remove and cool additional 10 - 15 minutes before slicing. Pampered Chef Favorites II.
