Rabbit Salad

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 292g / 10ozChopped cooked rabbit
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozChopped pickle
1/4 cup 27g / 1ozChopped celery
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped onion
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozDiced cooked potatoes
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1 tablespoon 15mlPickle liquid
1/2 tablespoon 7.5mlLemon juice
1/4 cup 59mlMayonnaise

Recipe Instructions

Mix rabbit, pickle, celery, onion, potatoes, and salt lightly. Mix pickle liquid, lemon juice, and mayonnaise, and pour on. Chill for 1 hour.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
