Rabbit Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Chopped cooked rabbit | 
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped pickle | 
| 1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Chopped celery | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped onion | 
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Diced cooked potatoes | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Pickle liquid | 
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Lemon juice | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise | 
Mix rabbit, pickle, celery, onion, potatoes, and salt lightly. Mix pickle liquid, lemon juice, and mayonnaise, and pour on. Chill for 1 hour.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
