Rabbit Cocktail Or Sandwich Spread

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	69g / 2.4oz	Minced cold cooked rabbit
3		Pimiento-stuffed green olives - minced
1		Green pepper strip - minced
1		Hard-boiled egg - minced
2 teaspoons	10ml	Mustard Sauce - see * Note
3 tablespoons	45ml	Mayonnaise
		Worcestershire sauce - to taste

Recipe Instructions

* Note: See the "Mustard Sauce" recipe which is included in this collection.

Blend all ingredients thoroughly. This may be served cold or spread on one side of a slice of bread and then lightly toasted under a broiler.

This recipe yields about 1 cup.
