2 | Wild ducks - (abt 3 lbs ea) | |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Catsup |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Melted butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
Put birds on a rack in a roaster. Combine remaining ingredients and use as a basting sauce. Roast birds at 375 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting every 15 minutes.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
