Herbed Goat Cheese Recipe - Cooking Index
3 oz | 85g | Semi-soft goat cheese |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Snipped fresh basil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Onion powder |
1 | Pepper |
In a small bowl, combine goat cheese, basil, onion powder and pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined. If dry, stir in a little milk (2 to 3 teaspoons) until of desired consistency.
Shape into a 4-inch log. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until needed, up to 1 week.
