Garden Cheese Filling Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-snipped dried tomatoes |
4 oz | 113g | Soft-style cream cheese with chives and |

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-shredded carrot |
In a small bowl, pour enough boiling water over dried tomatoes to cover. Let stand 5 minutes; drain tomatoes thoroughly. Rinse and dry bowl. In same bowl combine drained tomatoes, cream cheese, and shredded carrot. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Cover and chill until needed, up to 4 hours. Fill biscuits with filling. Serve.
