2 | Oranges (medium) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain yogurt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
1/4 | Iceberg lettuce head - cut 4 wedges |
Finely shred enough orange peel to measure 1/4 teaspoon; set aside. Working over a small bowl, peel and section oranges, reserving orange juice.
For dressing, in a small bowl stir together orange peel, reserved orange juice, yogurt and sugar. Place a lettuce wedge on each salad plate; arrange orange sections on top. Spoon dressing atop salads.
