White Trash Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
2 | Lemons | |
1 cup | 237ml | Vinegar |
3 | Garlic | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ketchup |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Prepared mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - chopped (large) |
3 | Bacon | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 | Liquid smoke flavoring | |
Pepper to taste |
Fry bacon until deep gold, add onions and finish frying until the onions start getting brown. Add garlic and everything else in the recipe and bring to a boil. Turn fire down and simmer until sauce thickens.
