Texas Barbecue Sauce - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index

3 | Garlic - minced | |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
1 | Lemon - diced | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 cup | 237ml | Vinegar |
1 cup | 237ml | Vegetable oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Beer |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tabasco sauce |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper - or to taste |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic salt |
1 cup | 237ml | Catsup - (optional) |
Bring ingredients to a boil and baste over any meat or chicken.
Catsup may be added to mixture if tomato flavor is desired.
